Westchester Commons is in an active, luxurious West Cobb location. You will find us on the Northwest perimeter of Atlanta (approximately 20 minutes from downtown), convenient to Interstates 285, 75, 85 and 20 and just 25 minutes from Atlanta’s international airport.
We are close to quality living amenities: Just one block from the entrance to one of the finest nature trails in the entire Southeast, The Silver Comet Trail where we enjoy biking, jogging and walking amid the splendor of nature in the heart of the Covered Bridge District of Cobb County. We are a relatively small community of but 40 homes which consists of the two townhome models shown in the Pictures link above. They are grouped in buildings of four or fewer townhomes. This enclave-style townhome setting features spacious three bedroom residences with “the master bedroom on the main floor” home designs, low maintenance brick traditional exteriors, two car garages and a professionally designed and maintained landscape package.
A monthly Association fee assessment includes landscape maintenance and repairs of common grounds. The fees are low compared with other townhome communities in the greater Atlanta area. Our home-ownership model is fee-simple.
