Gutter Replacements:
Several homeowners (101, 103, 107, 109, 111, & 127) have improved their
home's ability to handle rain water. They installed 6" seamless
gutters and downspouts. This will improve the discharge of water from
their roofs. The installers will also correct a construction defect in
the original 4"gutter installation. They will replace and
re-position the flashing to retard water seepage behind the gutter.
This will protect against damage to the wooden fascia boards behind the
gutters. This work was done by Lang Gutters
at 770-605-8810. |

Fireworks celebrations: Observing fireworks shows is an
American tradition. But, in accordance with Georgia law, the unlicensed
discharge of most fireworks in this state is illegal. In anticipation
of the celebration of the upcoming July 4th holiday, the Board wants to
remind homeowners of the foregoing law. Further, be advised it is WCHOA
policy that if any common area is used to illegally discharge fireworks, the
Smyrna police department could be called. For more information on the
Georgia Law, please click on this link: http://www.fireworks.com/fireworks_laws/laws_georgia.asp |
