The Westchester Commons Home Association's primary mission is to
"maintain the value of our homes" while ensuring that the interests

neighbors. Ours is a relatively small community of but 40 homes

common grounds. The fees are low compared with most other townhome
communities in the greater Atlanta area. Our
home-ownership model is fee-simple.
