Our community consists of two townhome models: Pendleton and Mendenhall. The homes are grouped in buildings of only 2-4 townhomes. A low monthly association fee includes landscape maintenance and repairs of common grounds.

Westchester Commons home association maintains an active interest in promoting the value of our homes and the comfort of living. A relatively small size of our community with only 40 homes ensures that interests of all homeowners are carefully considered. Our monthly fees are low in comparison to most other townhome communities. We were able to keep them low as we do not maintain swimming pools or tennis courts, while our home-ownership model is fee-simple.
